Happy Halloween!!

Halloween was a blast this year. Kaymee and Braylee are finally old enough to know how it works. Braylee is still very afraid of masks though. Kaymee won 1st place in the costume contest for her age group! Shaydin and Braylee were also in the same age group as Kaymee. Shaydin won 3rd place! Shaydin (with the help of her Dad) won first place in the pumpkin carving contest! They played a few games at the carnival. I won the first cake at the cake walk! After the carnival, they had the trunk-or-treat which I really like, because here in La Sal, people live so far apart that you have to get in and out of the car at every single house and it is tiring. So we walked around the parking lot at the school and did our trunk-or-treating and everybody was so eager to get rid of all their candy, that we ended up with three times what we took. We had a couple people come dump the rest of their bowls into ours! Now we have SOOOOOOOO much candy at our house, it's not even funny! So if anyone needs some chocolate (better hurry, it won't last long with me around!) or other candy to fill their sweet tooth, come on over!

This is the trophy that Kaymee got for 1st place in the 0-Kindergarten age group costume contest!

Here is Princess Braylee! She didn't win, but she was sure cute!
