She had so much fun at her birthday party. She didn't even want to sit still long enough to open her presents. She just wanted to get down and play with the kids.
Dear Shaydin,
Today you are a year old. This first year has gone by so fast, and I'm sure the years to come will also go by fast. You are an amazing little girl! You are so smart and determined. Once you set your mind on something, nobody can stop you from getting it. I am constantly getting you off my computer, you love to climb on the couch, then onto the computer tower and click the mouse! At Grandma's, all you want to do is climb the stairs. The second someone puts you down, you crawl as fast as you can for the stairs. You usually only get halfway up before someone stops you. You are so focused on the things you want. You love your big sisters so much. If the gate is down, you head straight to their room. You also love climbing on their dresser. You first climb on Braylee's bed, then onto the little dresser, then onto the big dresser where the TV is. You aren't walking yet, but it won't be long. You love apple juice and most foods, you don't really like bread though. Everyday when I get you out of your crib, you just about jump out of my arms you are so excited to see your sisters. You still take pretty good naps. Some days you only take one, but most days two. You are a sweet little girl and I want you to know that Dad and I love you very much! Always remember that you are a Daughter of a loving Heavenly Father who loves you very much. Remember who you are and what you stand for. This world is becoming a crazy place, stay strong and know that your family loves you! You are special! We love you Shader-Puh-Tater!!

those pics are adorable! it makes me so sad when i see shaydin with her daddy, just knowing i will never be able to have pics like that. of chevelle and her daddy. im so glad that you guys are happy! i love you guys.
